4月8日，中國法學會發布公告：按照學會工作部署，2025年10月27日，研究部啟動中國法學會2025年度后期資助項目申報，得到各申報單位積極響應，共收到60件符合要求的申報成果。研究部于2026年3月21日在京組織召開立項評審會，評審實行匿名評審和回避制度，采取現場分組評審方式。各組按照總分高低產生推薦名單，評審專家現場簽字確認。經學會黨組研究同意，擬對10件申報成果予以立項，現予以公示，公示期為2026年4月8日至4月14日。
