財聯社4月22日電，伊朗議會國家安全委員會成員馬利基表示，美國對伊朗實施海上封鎖、襲擊伊朗船只以及持續施壓與威脅，是伊朗談判團隊未前往巴基斯坦伊斯蘭堡參加伊美第二輪談判的重要原因。據悉，伊朗方面已于21日晚正式拒絕出席原定于22日在伊斯蘭堡舉行的伊美第二輪談判。 (央視新聞)
