演員陳麗君晉升副主任

近日，大河報記者采訪核實，青年演員陳麗君已擔任浙江小百花越劇院藝術生產與創作部副主任。不少戲迷和粉絲在網上紛紛喊話“陳主任”，這一稱呼既是對陳麗君的祝賀，也是對她未來工作的期待。

Chen Lijun, a prominent young Yueju Opera performer, has been appointed deputy director of the Art Production and Creation Department of Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe.

Fans and audiences have dubbed her "director Chen", offering congratulations as well as expectations for her future work.

今年2月，中宣部等五部門聯合印發《戲劇振興三年行動計劃（2026—2028年）》，其中明確提出，為支持戲劇院團發展，要培養優秀院團管理人才，同時夯實人才隊伍，重點培養編劇、導演、音樂、表演、舞美、管理等方面的優秀青年人才。陳麗君作為當下深受廣大戲迷喜愛的青年藝術家，對于傳統戲曲如何更好地吸引年輕觀眾，有著豐富的實踐經驗和深刻的藝術心得，她出任藝術生產與創作方向的這一職位，完全合格，也正當其時。
