把自己照顧好，才能真正享受屬于自己的自由時光

人生路走到中年，身邊的人漸漸少了，親朋好友忙著各自的人生，子女早已成家立業。突然發現，自己一個人過日子的時間，竟慢慢變多了。孤獨不可怕，可怕的是迷失了自己。這個階段，最重要的是守住內心的底線，讓生活安穩而自在。

第一條底線：健康不能松懈

年紀越大，對健康的要求也就越高。這時候，健康就是本錢。不管是在家自煮三餐，還是外出散步健身，堅持運動，規律作息。只要身體好，自己照顧自己就不是問題。健康不是一時的堅持，而是點滴積累。別把健康當兒戲，一天一點小習慣，累積成幸福的底氣。

中年以后，情緒容易波動。有時候覺得沒人理解，有時候感到無力。但請記住，情緒不是生活的主角。有時候鄰里閑聊，遇到小矛盾，也要學會寬容、理解。不要輕易發火，不要讓壞情緒決定你的生活。學會自我調節，遇事淡然。“別讓情緒綁架自己”，這是對自己最大的善意。

第三條底線：財務要有規劃

很多人年輕時不重視財務，到老才發現，金錢是保障，也是安全感。即使只剩自己，也要管理好自己的錢包。合理支配收入，避免大額消費，不盲目投資。切勿因為一時興起，造成經濟壓力。安穩度余，就是要讓自己安心，不為錢憂愁。錢不是萬能，但沒有錢確實萬萬不能。不要攀比，不要焦慮，適度消費，平靜生活更有滋味。

第四條底線：心態要放平

孤獨時難免想念過去，也會擔心未來。但人生最好的狀態，是活在當下。如果心態保持積極，眼前的一花一草都能帶來滿足。可以學點新東西，寫字畫畫，或者追追劇，享受個人時光。也可以參加社區活動，認識新的朋友。心態放平，才能看到生活更多美好。曾有人說：“愿你活到老，心里依然熱烈”。保持向上的心，人生沒有終點，只有新的開始。
