方媛10日在社群曬出與媽媽的合照，開心寫道：「我親愛的媽媽，母親節快樂！每天開心快樂，愛您～」照片中，方媛摟著母親的肩膀，送了一大束花，母女倆都帶著細框眼鏡，五官十分相像，引網友直說「媽媽年輕一定是個大美女」、「這分明是姊妹啊」。
