【越喬】獲悉，6月4日， 孝感永旺夢樂城項(xiàng)目（EPC）項(xiàng)目報(bào)建完成登記，項(xiàng)目位于孝感 復(fù)興大道以南，福源路以東， 總投資92933.07 萬元。
項(xiàng)目總用地面積135481.83平方米，總建筑面積161961.60平方米。商業(yè)地上3層，地下1層，機(jī)動車位1680輛。主要建設(shè)集購物、大型超市、娛樂休閑、餐飲等一體的購物中心；配套完善道路、綠化等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。孝感永旺將成湖北第5家 （武漢市外首家） 永旺夢樂城， 計(jì)劃2028年春開業(yè) 。
