伊朗外交部發言人巴加埃當地時間18日表示，目前伊朗與美國的諒解備忘錄文本已最終正式敲定，雙方已經簽署。
據美國方面當地時間17日消息，兩名美國官員透露稱，美國和伊朗當日以電子方式簽署了結束沖突的諒解備忘錄，該備忘錄現已生效。（總臺央視記者 魏然 朱磊）
