23時(shí)46分，中英雙方領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人步入會(huì)場(chǎng)；
23時(shí)49分，查爾斯王子講話；
23時(shí)56分，中英雙方護(hù)旗手入場(chǎng)；
23時(shí)59分，英國(guó)國(guó)旗和香港旗降下；
7月1日，0時(shí)00分00秒，中國(guó)國(guó)旗和香港特區(qū)區(qū)旗升旗。
