據人民郵電報，近日，中國移動正式面向全國上線天通衛星通話服務，該服務與北斗衛星短信服務一道構建起“天通+北斗”雙星協同的天地一體通信保障體系。無論是在深山荒漠、遠洋海島，還是在地面通信因災中斷的場景中，用戶均可通過手機直連衛星，獲得“文字+語音”雙重通信保障。
