近日，話題“工資高但是很孤獨的工作”沖上熱搜第一，引發全網熱議。

A heated online discussion has emerged after the topic "high-paying but lonely jobs" topped trending charts on Chinese social media.

不少網友分享了自己或身邊人高薪但極度孤獨的職業經歷。其中，常見的孤獨型職業有：

常年駐外、參與海外項目的崗位，年薪可觀卻遠離親友，節假日只能獨自度過；

守島人等遠程獨立崗位，日常幾乎零社交；

高壓技術與保密崗位，薪酬豐厚，但工作節奏快、壓力繁重，無暇維系人際與情感關系。

Many users shared personal stories and anecdotes about roles that offer high salaries but come with a strong sense of isolation.

Among the most frequently mentioned are overseas postings and international project assignments. While these roles are often well paid, they keep workers far from family and friends, with some spending holidays alone.

Other examples include remote island caretakers and, similarly, solitary jobs with minimal daily social interaction.

High-pressure technical or confidential roles, though lucrative, can also be so demanding that workers have little time to maintain personal relationships.

還有特殊的冷門崗位：殯儀館監控崗、入殮師、兇宅清理師……

綜合來看，這些高薪崗位都有著共同特征：收入普遍較高，但是社交圈子狹小、日常陪伴缺失，長期處于孤獨、高壓的工作狀態。

長久獨處的健康風險

這類高薪工作背后的健康風險也不容忽視。

研究表明，長期獨處可能導致社會功能退化。在社交情境中，或許會表現得局促不安，甚至錯過一些重要的社交信息，難以適應復雜的社交環境。

Beyond the emotional impact, experts warn that prolonged loneliness may pose health risks.

Research suggests that chronic isolation can impair social functioning. People affected may feel anxious in social settings, miss important social cues and find it harder to navigate complex interpersonal situations.

其次，思維易受局限。例如，在南極考察站生活了14個月的9名探險隊員，任務結束時大腦尺寸相較于出發前有所縮小。對比前后兩次掃描圖像，這些隊員大腦中負責形成新記憶的齒狀回在這14個月內平均縮小了約7%。

研究結果表明，長期獨處可能對個人的認知能力和大腦結構產生消極影響，從而使思維變得更加局限。

Some studies also indicate that long periods of isolation may affect cognitive function and even influence brain structure, potentially narrowing patterns of thinking.

對此，有網友表示，喜歡這樣的工作，不和他人接觸很好。

也有網友認為，太過孤獨的話，一般人難以勝任。

還有網友表示，可以接受孤獨，但不能忍受“恐怖”。

部分網友指出，核心還是要看薪資待遇和社交需求。
