日本防衛(wèi)政務(wù)官若林洋平今天（5月14日）在日本國會(huì)參議院內(nèi)閣委員會(huì)上稱，為確保作為“反擊能力”手段的遠(yuǎn)程導(dǎo)彈具備實(shí)效性，由大量小型衛(wèi)星組成的低軌軍事偵察網(wǎng)絡(luò)“衛(wèi)星星座”已于今年4月啟用。
