【越喬】獲悉，5月15日，武商集團發布公告，公司全資子公司武漢江豚數智科技有限公司決定終止收購杭州小電科技股份有限公司的意向協議書。
據顯示， 因雙方無法就交易核心條款達成共識，經各方友好協商，一致同意終止該《意向協議書》。
