6月15日，廣東惠州遭遇強降雨天氣，一名騎電動車女子連人帶車被水沖走。16日，目擊者陳女士稱，女子摔倒后一名外賣小哥去扶，沒扶穩(wěn)女子被水沖走，隨后另一名外賣小哥也趕到現(xiàn)場，兩人合力將女子扶到安全區(qū)域。
