繼紫金陳之后，《1818黃金眼》又迎來一位知名作家維權(quán)——

Best-selling author Nanpai Sanshu, creator of the globally renowned novel series The Grave Robbers' Chronicles, has taken his piracy complaints to a local television programme, following a similar move by fellow crime novelist Zijin Chen.

6月21日，杭州的徐先生上《1818黃金眼》求助，稱自己的作品《南部檔案》上線影視平臺后，盜版問題嚴(yán)重。這位徐先生就是知名網(wǎng)絡(luò)作家“南派三叔”，本名徐磊，代表作有《盜墓筆記》等。

他所提及的作品是近日熱播的劇集。“南派三叔”表示，《南部檔案》上線平臺后的盜版問題非常突出，經(jīng)過自身測試發(fā)現(xiàn)，基本在劇集更新上線10分鐘之內(nèi)，最新全集就可以在各種網(wǎng)盤下載到，監(jiān)測到大量外圍的熱度和觀看，甚至形成了倒掛的情況。

The writer, whose real name is Xu Lei, appeared on 1818 Golden Eye on Sunday to report rampant illegal distribution of his latest drama, Southern Archives. He said that within ten minutes of each new episode's release, full-episode downloads become available on multiple file-sharing platforms. Pirated traffic, he added, has occasionally exceeded official viewership — a trend he described as an "inversion" that saps the show's audience and revenue.

“之前我們很多時(shí)候認(rèn)為盜版有助于傳播，現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)它把大部分的熱度和流量都吃掉了。”面對盜版網(wǎng)站上的高熱度，南派三叔感到“有點(diǎn)吃醋”。

“南派三叔”同時(shí)指出，現(xiàn)在的盜版現(xiàn)象越來越猖狂，堪稱“貼臉盜版”：“他不怕你，他甚至還要來威脅你，甚至還要發(fā)私信來嘲笑你。”

"We used to think piracy helped promote a work," he told the show. "Now we see it's eating up most of the attention and traffic." He called the current wave "face-to-face piracy," noting that offenders are bold enough to send taunting private messages and even threats instead of operating from the shadows.

百度網(wǎng)盤方面則表示，著作權(quán)類投訴可通過百度版權(quán)投訴平臺受理。頁面提示“如果您認(rèn)為他人侵犯了您的版權(quán)，可以通過以下步驟進(jìn)行投訴”，登錄百度賬號、賬號主體認(rèn)證登記權(quán)屬信息、填寫投訴鏈接確認(rèn)投訴內(nèi)容。

1818 Golden Eye contacted Quark Drive, which replied that it respects rights holders and provides a dedicated complaint portal. Baidu Wangpan also directed complainants to its copyright reporting system, requiring a logged-in account, identity verification, and link submission.

“南派三叔”希望借著這次反映問題的機(jī)會呼吁大家，還是要看正版：“做一個戲不容易，像這個劇做了7年，還是非常辛苦的，我們希望有續(xù)集，但是盜版網(wǎng)站是不會給任何支持做續(xù)集的。”

Nanpai Sanshu said he hoped his appeal would encourage viewers to watch legally. "Making a drama is no small feat — this one took seven years. We want a sequel, but pirate sites won't fund one," he said.

針對此類盜版問題，國家廣播電視總局于4月29日召開了集中治理電視劇侵權(quán)傳播動員會，職能部門正在集中開展相關(guān)治理工作，重點(diǎn)治理非法網(wǎng)站和瀏覽器、搜索引擎、網(wǎng)盤的電視劇侵權(quán)傳播問題。

有律師指出，傳播盜版若以營利為目的且情節(jié)嚴(yán)重，可能觸犯侵犯著作權(quán)罪，最高可判10年有期徒刑。

Authorities have taken action. On April 29, the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) held a meeting to combat TV drama piracy, targeting illegal websites, browsers, search engines, and cloud storage services. Lawyers warn that distributing pirated content for profit may constitute criminal copyright infringement, punishable by up to 10 years in prison for serious cases.

此次維權(quán)的背后，還有一段作家的聯(lián)動。

南派三叔透露，自己來到《1818黃金眼》是咨詢了朋友紫金陳。此前，紫金陳因?yàn)樵庥鎏摷籴t(yī)療宣傳和健身房捐款跑路事件，多次求助《1818黃金眼》，獲得了不錯的效果，他還將自己的維權(quán)經(jīng)歷寫進(jìn)了小說《低智商犯罪》中。
