當地時間23日，阿曼同伊朗就霍爾木茲海峽問題發表聯合聲明，雙方同意通過兩國外交部之間的一個聯合工作組保持對話，以便就霍爾木茲海峽未來航行管理、提供的服務以及相關費用達成共識。
