番茄土豆燴飯

食材準備

西紅柿2個、土豆1個、剩米飯1碗、蔥花、蒜末、生抽2勺、蠔油1勺、番茄醬2勺、食用油、鹽適量。

制作步驟

1. 食材處理：將西紅柿切塊，土豆去皮切小塊，蒜切末，蔥切成段和蔥花。

2. 炒制食材：熱鍋倒油，放入蔥段和蒜末炒香，接著把西紅柿放進去炒出汁兒，再放入土豆翻炒，直至土豆表皮稍微變色。

3. 調味燉煮：加入2勺生抽、1勺蠔油、2勺番茄醬，炒勻后往鍋里加入大半碗清水，大火燒開后轉小火燜10 - 15分鐘，直到土豆軟爛。

4. 加入米飯：把剩米飯加入鍋中完全打散、攪拌均勻，再煮1分鐘左右，最后撒上蔥花即可。

米飯壽司

食材準備

剩米飯、毛豆、雞蛋、香腸、白醋或壽司醋、鹽、白胡椒粉、塑料膜、方盒。

制作步驟

1. 準備蛋液：打入雞蛋，在蛋液中加入鹽和白胡椒粉，攪拌均勻。平底鍋抹一層油，倒入蛋液，小心搖動平底鍋，讓蛋液形成薄餅狀，備用。

2. 處理米飯：用微波爐加熱剩米飯，加入一湯匙白醋或壽司醋（不喜歡的可不加），攪拌均勻。

3. 組裝壽司：找一個新鮮的方盒，在底部鋪上一層塑料膜，先壓一層米飯，用力壓成型，然后鋪一層雞蛋餅，再鋪一層米飯，接著鋪一層毛豆，最后再鋪一層米飯，使勁壓，由于箱子是方的，成型后的米飯壽司自然也是方的。

4. 裝飾點綴：將香腸切成薄片，用廚房剪刀剪出心形和星星形狀，裝飾在米飯壽司上。

米飯壽司口感豐富，醋香的米飯搭配上鮮嫩的雞蛋、清甜的毛豆和造型可愛的香腸，既營養又美味，很適合作為早餐。
