經典的肌酐清除率公式
女性：CI=（140-年齡）*體重/（72*Cr）*0.85
男性：CI=（140-年齡）*體重/（72*Cr）
★CI（肌酐清除率）正常值：
女性： 95mL/min；
男性：120mL/min。
年齡：歲（該公式對于年齡在20~100歲的患者有效）
體重：kg
肌酐：國際單位：umol/L，美國單位：mg/dL，mg/L
身高：cm，英寸
CI（肌酐清除率）：mL/min
Cr（肌酐）：umol/L
使用需注意
該公式在低體重或超重人群中不準確，應基于體重和BMI[體重（kg）/身高（m） 2 ]進行校正：
低體重：BMI＜18.5，體重不進行校正，計算時使用實際體重；
超重：BMI≥25，使用校正體重，范圍使用理想體重；
正常體重：BMI=18.5~24.9，計算時使用理想體重，范圍使用實際體重。
肥胖人群應把體重換算為理想體重（IBW）再計算：
女性：IBW（kg）=45.5+[2.3*身高，英寸-60]
男性：IBW（kg）=50+[2.3*身高，英寸-60]
校正體重（ABW）=IBW+04*（實際體重-IBW）
