杜余糧 ，男 ，河南省商水縣人， 1955年出生。 師法于顏真卿、黃公望等，周口市書法協會會員，現任商水縣書法協會副會長。
1987年參加商水縣舉辦的群眾書法競賽榮獲二等獎，2019年獲周口市退休老干部書法比賽一等獎，同年獲商水縣第三十屆群眾書法比賽一等獎，2020年獲扶貧書法比賽一等獎，2024年5月1日獲商水縣第三十三屆群眾書法比賽二等獎。
