楊三常 男 漢族 生于1970年 大專學歷，自幼喜愛書法，拜中國書法家協會會員、首博書畫院常務院長張德志為師。周口市書法家協會會員，現任首博書畫院理事。
曾獲得2024年盛唐系列第十二屆“華夏杯”全國書畫大賽優秀獎，2023年盛唐系列“翰韻杯”全國書畫大賽優秀獎，2023年項城市迎中秋國慶“正泰杯”書畫作品展被評為入展作品。2022年首屆唐宋杯系列“中華詩書畫”雙聯大賽優秀獎；2022年“百年書軒杯 ”全國書法大賽二等獎，2022年“錦繡長青杯”全國書畫大賽銅獎。
