克里斯托弗?皮薩里德斯爵士是2010年諾貝爾經(jīng)濟學獎得主。他與麻省理工學院彼得?戴蒙德教授、西北大學戴爾?莫滕森教授共同榮獲該年度瑞典國家銀行紀念阿爾弗雷德?諾貝爾經(jīng)濟學獎，以表彰其“對市場搜尋摩擦的分析”。

皮薩里德斯教授現(xiàn)任倫敦政治經(jīng)濟學院經(jīng)濟學皇家教授、塞浦路斯大學馬芬-萊基歐洲研究講席教授、塞浦路斯國家經(jīng)濟委員會主席。皮薩里德斯教授的研究聚焦于失業(yè)經(jīng)濟學、勞動力市場理論、結(jié)構(gòu)性變化、經(jīng)濟增長，近年核心方向為人工智能與數(shù)字化對勞動力市場的重塑。他在專業(yè)期刊發(fā)表大量論文，著作《失業(yè)均衡理論》（第二版）是失業(yè)經(jīng)濟學領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)典參考文獻。

皮薩里德斯教授曾任歐洲經(jīng)濟學會主席，是英國國家學術(shù)院、雅典科學院、歐洲科學院、經(jīng)濟計量學會、歐洲經(jīng)濟學會及勞動經(jīng)濟學家學會會士，美國經(jīng)濟學會終身榮譽會員。

在政策實踐領(lǐng)域，他于2000—2007年擔任塞浦路斯中央銀行貨幣政策委員會外部委員（自委員會成立至解散），并于2003年加入由維姆?科克擔任主席的歐洲就業(yè)特別工作組。他還曾為世界銀行、歐盟委員會、英格蘭銀行及經(jīng)濟合作與發(fā)展組織（OECD）就就業(yè)政策與宏觀經(jīng)濟問題提供咨詢。

其主要榮譽包括：2005年與戴爾?莫滕森共同獲得IZA勞動經(jīng)濟學獎；2008年榮獲塞浦路斯共和國藝術(shù)、文學與科學領(lǐng)域“最高榮譽獎”；2011年被授予塞浦路斯共和國最高榮譽——馬卡里奧斯大主教大十字勛章；2013年被英國女王伊麗莎白二世冊封為爵士；2025年獲雅典國立與卡波季斯第亞斯大學榮譽博士。

Sir Christopher A. Pissarides is the recipient of the 2010 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences, awarded for his “analysis of markets with search frictions" together with Professors Peter A. Diamond of MIT and Dale T. Mortensen of Northwestern University.

He is currently School Professor of Economics and Political Science at the London School of Economics and Political Science, the Marfin-Laiki Chair in European Studies at the University of Cyprus, and Chairman of the Council of National Economy of the Republic of Cyprus.

Professor Pissarides specializes in the economics of unemployment, labour-market theory and policy, structural change, and economic growth. In recent years his research has also explored the impact of artificial intelligence and digital technologies on labour markets. He has published extensively in leading academic journals, and his book Equilibrium Unemployment Theory, now in its second edition, is a standard reference in the economics of unemployment.

Professor Pissarides previously served as President of the European Economic Association. He is an elected Fellow of the British Academy, the Econometric Society, the European Economic Association, and the Society of Labour Economists, and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Economic Association.

Outside academia, he served as an external member of the Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank of Cyprus from its creation in 2000 until its dissolution in 2007, and was a member of the European Employment Task Force chaired by Wim Kok in 2003. He has advised the World Bank, the European Commission, the Bank of England, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development on employment policy and macroeconomic issues.

His honors include the IZA Prize in Labour Economics (shared with Dale Mortensen in 2005), the Republic of Cyprus “Aristeion” for the Arts, Literature and Science (2008), the Grand Cross of Archbishop Makarios, the highest honor of the Republic of Cyprus (2011), and a knighthood conferred by Elizabeth II in 2013.

周黎安教授，北京大學經(jīng)濟與管理學部主任，北京大學博雅講席教授，北京大學”十佳教師”，第十四屆全國政協(xié)委員，教育部“長江學者”特聘教授，北京市優(yōu)秀教師。1988年和1991年分別獲得北京大學經(jīng)濟學學士和碩士學位；2002年獲得美國斯坦福大學經(jīng)濟學博士學位。研究領(lǐng)域主要涉及政治經(jīng)濟學、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織、經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展。在American Economic Review, Review of Economics and Statistics, RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Public Economics, Economic Journal, Management Science, Journal of Economic History, Strategic Management Journal，《經(jīng)濟研究》《中國社會科學》《管理世界》等國內(nèi)外一流經(jīng)濟學和管理學期刊發(fā)表論文60余篇，出版專著《轉(zhuǎn)型中的地方政府：官員激勵與治理》（第二版）（格致出版社和上海人民出版社）。

Li-an Zhou is Boya Chair Professor of Applied Economics at Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. Dr. Zhou received his BA and MA in economics from Peking University, and his Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University. He joined Guanghua as an Assistant Professor in 2002 and became a full Professor in 2010. His research interests include political economy, industrial organization, economic development, and Chinese economy. Dr. Zhou has published papers in economics and management journals including American Economic Review, Review of Economics and Statistics, RAND Journal of Economics, Journal of Public Economics, Economic Journal, Management Science, Journal of Economic History, and Strategic Management Journal. He is also the author of the book Incentives and Governance: China's Local Governments (Cengage Learning, 2010).
