據臺媒，王大陸與女友闕沐軒、警官劉居榮、車商小開游翔閔、黑幫分子陳子俊等人共同涉犯個資法案今日宣判。當事人皆未到庭，法官宣判王大陸、闕沐軒依個資法判處6個月，得易科罰金18萬新臺幣（約3.9萬人民幣），可上訴。
