馬力，北京大學光華管理學院組織與戰略管理系教授。馬力教授在華盛頓大學取得管理學博士學位，在清華大學取得學士及碩士學位。他曾在清華大學擔任全職教授，同時也在美國圣路易斯華盛頓大學以及韓國延世大學兼任教職。他的研究專長為跨國談判、沖突管理、參與式管理，特別是在國際情景下。曾在MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review Digital Articles, Negotiation Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management,《心理學報》, 《管理世界》, 《經濟科學》, 《管理工程學報》等學術期刊發表研究成果。
Professor Li MA obtained his Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, and his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Tsinghua University. He has also taught full time at Tsinghua University, and part time at Washington University in St. Louis in the United States and Yonsei University in Korea. He studies negotiation, conflict management, and participative management, especially in international contexts. His publications appear in journals such as MIT Sloan Management Review, Leadership Quarterly, Human Relations, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Management and Organization Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review Digital Articles, Negotiation Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, and a number of Chinese academic journals.

王輝，北京大學光華管理學院應用經濟學系副教授，北京大學經濟政策研究所副所長，光華管理學院首批“日出東方-光華研究學者”獲得者，教育部青年長江學者。2010年獲得加拿大多倫多大學經濟學博士學位。研究領域涉及產業組織，勞動經濟學，發展經濟學，以及應用計量經濟學。其研究論文已發表在國內外一流學術期刊上。
Dr. WANG Hui is an Associate Professor of Applied Economics at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He is the Deputy Director and research fellow of the Peking University Institute of Economic Policy, a recipient of the inaugural "Rising with the Sun-Guanghua Research Scholar" award, and a "Young Changjiang Scholar" recognized by China's Ministry of Education. Dr. WANG holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto. His research interests include Industrial organization, Labour economics, Economic development, and Applied econometrics. His research papers have been published in leading academic journals.
