北京時間5月14日，據ClutchPoints記者Brett Siegel報道，消息源透露，德雷蒙德-格林愿意與金州勇士尋求跳出合同后續簽兩至三年合同的可能性。
格林下賽季手握價值2770萬美元的球員選項，若他跳出合同試水自由球員市場，預計其他球隊不太可能為他提供1500萬美元全額中產級別的合同。
據悉，若勇士能在自由球員市場引進爭冠級別的球星，格林愿意跳出合同并降薪與勇士續約，而他降薪續約的心理預期是1800-2000萬美元年薪。
