5月25日午后，科創50指數漲幅擴大至5%，芯片概念股爆發，截至發稿，容大感光、華虹公司、盛美上海、甬矽電子、華大九天等20%漲停，通富微電、博杰股份、晶方科技、雅克科技、百傲化學、萬盛股份等約20股漲停，中芯國際漲超18%創歷史新高，國科微、納芯微、拓荊科技、概倫電子等多股均漲超10%。
