外交部網站6月11日消息，外交部發言人宣布中方對菲律賓國防部長特奧多羅及其親屬實施制裁。
菲律賓國防部長特奧多羅多次發表涉華謬論，損害中方正當利益，破壞中菲兩國關系。為維護中國國家主權、安全、發展利益，中方決定，禁止特奧多羅及其配偶、子女入境中國內地和香港、澳門，禁止中國境內的組織、個人與特奧多羅及其配偶、子女進行任何交易、合作等活動。
