1. 另一份加入適量紫薯粉。

1. 揉搓均勻。

1. 蓋上保鮮膜，放入冰箱冷藏1個(gè)小時(shí)。

1. 取出三個(gè)面團(tuán)，分別搓成長條。

1. 切成兩份，任意取兩股交叉疊加在一起。

1. 分割成每個(gè)約25g的小劑子，搓圓備用。

1. 取一個(gè)小劑子，按扁，放入奶酪餡。

1. 收口捏緊滾圓，沾上熟糯米粉。（Tips:熟糯米粉制作：用平底鍋小火把糯米粉炒到微微發(fā)黃就可以了。）

1. 放入模具中，壓出花紋就可以了。（Tips:淺白粉色的月餅為食用色素調(diào)制的外皮）
