1點點官方微博6月24日發布關于“近日媒體報道我司門店食品安全問題的致歉與整改聲明”：涉事門店立即停業，啟動解約程序，絕不姑息，同時立即展開全國門店稽核檢查。
Bubble tea chain A Little Tea has apologized and announced corrective measures after media reports exposed food safety issues at several of its stores.
據中國食品安全網此前報道，1點點奶茶門店隨意更改食材效期標簽，隔夜過期食材繼續使用。
According to a report by CFSN, some outlets allegedly altered ingredient expiration labels and continued using expired ingredients.
在調研中，記者還在多家1點點奶茶門店發現諸多食品安全問題。使用無廠家、無生產日期、無保質期的茶葉一旦過期、原料質量出問題，無標簽完全無法溯源追責。
在1點點多家門店發現一線食品操作人員全程未規范佩戴口罩、手套，佩戴首飾直接徒手制作飲品；
部分門店食品操作臺面擺放已燃盡的蚊香殘渣，操作臺下方堆放大量拆封未使用的蚊香；
Investigators also found unlabeled tea leaves, raising concerns over product traceability. In addition, some staff were seen preparing drinks without properly wearing masks or gloves, and mosquito coil residue and opened coils were found near food preparation areas.
記者帶著調研發現的問題，聯系1點點品牌總部核實采訪卻被拒絕。
Reporters sought comment from the company's headquarters, but their interview request was declined.
