- 新鮮草魚一條（約 1000 克）

- 大蔥 1 根

- 生姜 1 塊

- 蒸魚豉油 30 毫升

- 食用油 30 毫升

- 鹽 3 克

- 料酒 15 毫升

制作步驟

1. 處理草魚：將草魚處理干凈，在魚身兩側各劃幾刀，用鹽和料酒涂抹魚身內外，腌制 15 分鐘，讓其充分入味。大蔥切絲，生姜一半切絲，一半切片。
