埃爾南-加林德斯2021年6月才完成厄瓜多爾國(guó)家隊(duì)首秀，至今代表厄瓜多爾國(guó)家隊(duì)出場(chǎng)39次，丟30球完成17次零封。
本屆世界杯，埃爾南-加林德斯代表厄瓜多爾出戰(zhàn)全部4場(chǎng)比賽，最終球隊(duì)在1/16決賽不敵墨西哥被淘汰。
