油炸蘑菇的美味來源于自身獨特的烹飪技藝。選用新鮮的蘑菇，經(jīng)過精細的處理和腌制，再以高溫油炸的方式烹飪而成。這樣的烹飪方式不僅保留了蘑菇的鮮美口感，更增添了酥脆的口感和誘人的色澤。那淡淡的蘑菇香與炸物的香氣交織在一起，讓人垂涎欲滴。無論是作為一道獨立的菜肴，還是作為其他美食的配菜，油炸蘑菇都能為餐桌增添一抹亮麗的色彩。

步驟一；

準備食材，新鮮平菇適量，土雞蛋一個，玉米淀粉適量，面粉適量，鹽和椒鹽粉！

步驟二；

步驟三；

步驟四；

開始制作，首先把面糊倒入平菇上面攪拌均勻，使每一塊平菇都能裹上面糊，然后起鍋燒油，七成油溫左右慢慢的放入平菇，炸至定型即可撈出控油，再次燒高油溫，倒入平菇復炸一次，這是平菇外表酥脆的原因之一哦，炸好之后撈出控油，控干油的平菇撒上椒鹽粉即可開吃啦！
