脆皮糊在美食的世界里適用范圍很廣，比如大家愛吃的茄盒，氣泡蝦，還有拔絲一類的美食，比如拔絲地瓜，拔絲香蕉等等！

上面這些都是比較受歡迎的一些美食，雖然他們的名字和做法可能都不一樣，但是卻有一個共同點，那就是離不開一款好的脆皮糊，一款好的脆皮糊也決定了這道美食的成功率！

之前在寧波的時候有幸見識過脆皮糊的制作方法，當時的師傅是用它制作的糖醋魚，炸出來的魚外表金黃酥脆，讓人看著就非常有食欲！

步驟二；

步驟三；

這時再倒入準備好的色拉油，再次充分的攪拌均勻，加色拉油的目的是為了讓脆皮糊吃起來更加酥脆，調好的脆皮糊跟酸奶一樣潤滑！

步驟四；

準備好自己需要炸制的食材，起鍋燒油，然后用食材均勻的裹上面糊直接下鍋炸即可！
