10個月賣房1340.3億，你覺著濟南的房子賣的到底好不好？
昨天，濟南公布了1-10月份濟南樓市運行情況，銷售面積992萬平，下降2.7%；銷售額1340.3億，增長7.8%。
其中，住宅銷售面積729.7萬平，下降3.3%；銷售額999.4億，增長7.6%。銷售面積下降了，價格反而更高了，只能說明，改善房的比例，更大了。
另外，房地產投資1249.4億元，下降17%；到位資金1265.2億元，下降12.2%。整個體量還在下降。
