有人靠AI3D打印手辦一個月賣了幾百單，但你先別急

最近我們看到有人用Nano Banana Pro生成了一組3D毛線編織風格的歷史人物破框頭像。
李白抱著酒壺從手機屏幕里探出來，諸葛亮搖著羽扇破框而出，底下配上馬年祝福語，社交媒體UI套殼一加，很好玩。

AM易道看完的第一反應是，這東西如果能打出來呢？

不是打成平面照片。

是打成立體的、可以擺在桌上的實物。

放在書桌上、送給朋友、擺在店鋪收銀臺旁邊，有沒有人買單？

某紅書和某魚上已經回答了這個問題。

已經有不少人用AI生圖+3D建模+打印這條鏈路做定制手辦。

但有人賺到錢和你能賺到錢之間，隔著不少細節。

AM易道這篇文章拆這些細節。

核心鏈路是什么

先把整條路跑一遍。只需要三步。

第一步，用Nano Banana Pro生成概念圖。第二步，把2D概念圖喂給AI 3D建模工具。

目前我們用得最多的是Meshy和Tripo等選項。

上傳圖片，幾分鐘能出一個帶貼圖的3D模型。

第三步，導出模型文件，切片，送打印。

自己有機器就開干，沒有的可以私信我們推薦代打。

聽起來很順滑。

但中間有幾個但是，做過的人才知道。

2D到3D這一步，沒有想象中絲滑

這是很多教程不愿意說清楚的事。

我們先不聊各家的優缺點。

復雜模型的修模的活在很多時候還沒法完全甩給AI。

比如下面這個輪胎的輻條結構。

如果你完全不懂Blender或者ZBrush這類工具，至少需要找一個會修模的人幫你把最后20%補上。

對于簡單造型：

比如一個站姿的Q版人物，沒有太多懸空結構。

AI建模出來的東西大概率能直接用。

AM易道的建議是，如果剛入門，先做實心站姿+簡單底座，別一上來就挑戰太復雜的。

搞清楚技術限制，提示詞就有方向了

原始的圖片向提示詞核心結構是：

材質定義 + 主體描述 + 動作 + UI元素 + 文字內容 + 畫面風格。

需要注意的是大部分AI建模工具從單張圖提取信息，正面好看但背面沒信息的圖片會導致模型背面全是腦補。大概率腦補得很差。

更穩的做法是用Nano Banana Pro生成多視圖（正面、背面、左側、右側），再喂給建模工具的多圖輸入模式。

還有就是加入打印友好的結構描述。

PRINT-FRIENDLY DETAILS: All elements — character, book frame, horse, lantern, base — are connected as one single solid structure. No floating or disconnected parts. Flat stable base with generous footprint. Cape, sword, and horse mane are designed as thick solid forms, not thin breakable sheets. The lantern sits directly on top of the book spine — no chains, no wires, just a solid chunky little lamp. Small ember details around the horse hooves are rendered as solid chunky yarn balls sitting on the base surface, not floating particles.

MATERIALS AND LIGHTING: All character and horse surfaces have realistic crochet yarn texture with visible stitch patterns. The sword has metallic crochet thread highlights. Warm golden lamplight glow from the tiny lantern on the book spine illuminates the character's face, with soft shadows on the pages behind — a cozy bedtime-story chiaroscuro effect. The book base is clean matte white with soft rounded edges.

OVERALL STYLE: Cute but fierce An adorable crochet baby-face warrior examining his sword by lamplight, bursting out of a storybook you want to keep on your desk forever. Like the fiercest page in the softest picture book. Collectible blind-box figurine meets ancient battlefield poetry. Solid white background. Full body visible and recognizable from all angles. Every part is thick, solid, and connected — ready to slice and print.

但感覺太呆板，于是換了個書的：

但發現站在坑里，3D打印是個坑，于是換成平整書頁：

后面覺得書有點雞肋，直接把人物和小馬拿出來：

這樣看簡單多了，又給他來了個三視圖：

主圖和三視圖導入Meshy后分別生成的模型和賦予貼圖：

然后導入拓竹切片軟件的效果，可以直接切片，但發文時尚未打印。整個流程算是跑完了。

誰能賺這個錢

目前我們認為能賺錢的有四種人。

賣成品的。

客戶給需求，你出成品，客單價100到300。核心不是會用AI，而是接單穩、交付準、品控好。這是個手藝活加服務業的生意。

馬年生肖、畢業季校園人物、跑團棋子這類時間窗口的單子利潤最高，但對創意嗅覺和執行速度要求也最高。

能踩準節點的人，一波頂別人一個季度。

賣文件的。

只賣STL，不碰實物。MakerWorld、Cults3D上掛著，有下載分成。

門檻最低，但單價也最低，得靠量和持續更新。

賣教程的。

不賣東西賣方法。把"AI出圖→建模→打印"這條鏈路錄成教程，小紅書、B站、知識星球都能掛。

現階段大部分人卡在看到別人做了但自己不知道怎么開始，誰先把路蹚明白再講清楚，誰就能收第一波學費。

用內容拉客的打印農場。

已經有產能的人，拿AI概念圖做社交媒體內容，一條爆款視頻帶來的咨詢量頂得上一個月的代工報價帖。本質是用圖賣打印服務。

一個提醒是知名動漫IP有版權風險，歷史人物和原創形象更安全。

卡脖子的兩件事

AI生圖是整條鏈路里最簡單的一步。

真正決定你能不能持續出品的一是修模，二是后處理。

白模值30塊，精涂上色后賣200以上，中間的差價全靠手上功夫。

這也是目前最難被AI替代的環節。
