根據(jù)上海網(wǎng)上房地產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)，3月9日至3月15日，上海二手房市場(chǎng)成交量達(dá)到7233套，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)27%，創(chuàng)下自2021年以來的周成交最高紀(jì)錄。
從月度數(shù)據(jù)來看，截至3月18日，上海3月二手房累計(jì)成交約1.67萬套，日均成交920多套。上海鏈家研究院的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，與去年同期相比，今年上海二手房成交量增長(zhǎng)15%。
