南方科技大學(xué)鄧敏課題組(Deng Lab)誠聘博士后及科研助理
一、課題組簡介
鄧敏博士,擬于2026年4月加入南方科技大學(xué)化學(xué)系,任副教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。2025年入選國家級海外青年人才計(jì)劃。迄今為止,以第一作者或共同作者發(fā)表多篇學(xué)術(shù)論文,刊登在Nature/Acc. Chem. Res./J. Am. Chem. Soc./Angew. Chem. Int. Ed./Chem. Commun.等國際權(quán)威雜志。
課題組計(jì)劃聚焦“數(shù)字(生物)有機(jī)化學(xué)”的交叉方向,通過利用智能自動化技術(shù)作為工具解決復(fù)雜手性化學(xué)相關(guān)的科學(xué)問題。課題組研究內(nèi)容涉及多學(xué)科交叉,以化學(xué)問題為研究基礎(chǔ),還將涵蓋計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、工程學(xué)等方向。我們致力于利用智能自動化實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,推動數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的手性化學(xué)問題研究。具體研究內(nèi)容主要涵蓋以下幾個(gè)方向:復(fù)雜手性反應(yīng)機(jī)制(Intricate Stereogenic Mechanisms)、新型手性功能材料(Novel Chiral Functional Materials)、生命起源系統(tǒng)手性化學(xué)(Prebiotic Systems Stereochemistry)。

??博士后(PostdoctoralResearcher)招收條件:
具有人工智能(AI4Science)、自動化實(shí)驗(yàn)、有機(jī)化學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、生命起源化學(xué)或反應(yīng)動力學(xué)等相關(guān)研究背景;在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)或者研究機(jī)構(gòu)博士畢業(yè)(或即將畢業(yè));具有較高的學(xué)術(shù)水平和科研能力(以第一作者身份在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域頂級期刊發(fā)表過論文);具有良好的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)、責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;具有良好的英文閱讀、寫作和口頭交流能力。
??科研助理(Research Assistant)招收條件:
具有化學(xué)或其相關(guān)背景;一般應(yīng)為碩士畢業(yè)、本科畢業(yè)后工作3年或以上或?qū)W習(xí)成績優(yōu)秀、科研能力較強(qiáng);具有良好的科學(xué)素養(yǎng)、責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;具有良好的英文閱讀、寫作和口頭交流能力。
三、薪酬待遇
??博士后崗位:
(1)博士后聘用期兩年,綜合年薪33萬元起(含廣東省及深圳市博士后在站生活補(bǔ)助),并按深圳市有關(guān)規(guī)定參加社會保險(xiǎn)及住房公積金。博士后福利費(fèi)參照學(xué)校教職工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放。特別優(yōu)秀候選人可以申請校長卓越博士后,年薪可達(dá)50萬元以上(含廣東省及深圳市博士后在站生活補(bǔ)助)。
(2)廣東省對符合條件的在站博士后發(fā)放每人總額30萬元(稅前)的生活補(bǔ)助,深圳市對符合條件的在站博士后發(fā)放每人總額12萬元(稅前)的生活補(bǔ)助,資助期為24個(gè)月。
(3)在站期間,可依托學(xué)校申請深圳市公租房,未依托學(xué)校使用深圳市公租房的博士后,可享受兩年稅前2800元/月的住房補(bǔ)貼。
(4)擁有優(yōu)良的工作環(huán)境和境內(nèi)外合作交流機(jī)會,博士后在站期間享受兩年共計(jì)2.5萬學(xué)術(shù)交流經(jīng)費(fèi)資助。
(5)課題組協(xié)助符合條件的境外取得博士學(xué)位的博士后申請廣東省博士后人才項(xiàng)目。如成功申請,最高可享受總計(jì)100萬元補(bǔ)貼(與廣東省及深圳市在站博士后生活補(bǔ)助不同時(shí)享受)。
(6)博士后出站后6個(gè)月內(nèi)留(來)深全職工作且與企事業(yè)單位簽訂3年以上勞動(聘用)合同的,深圳市政府給予每人36萬元出站來深生活補(bǔ)助(以深圳市最新申報(bào)要求為準(zhǔn))。
(7)在站期間獲得博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃或中國博士后科學(xué)基金特別資助的優(yōu)秀博士后人員,且出站后6個(gè)月內(nèi)與本市簽訂3年以上勞動(聘用)合同的,深圳市政府再按照國家資助標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給予1:1經(jīng)費(fèi)資助,最高不超過30萬元(以深圳市最新申報(bào)要求為準(zhǔn))。
(8)獲得全國或廣東省博士后創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽金獎、銀獎、銅獎的,且出站后6個(gè)月內(nèi)與本市簽訂3年以上勞動(聘用)合同的,深圳市政府再按照國家和省獎勵(lì)金額給予1:1創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)獎勵(lì),最高不超過20萬元(以深圳市最新申報(bào)要求為準(zhǔn))。
(9)根據(jù)《深圳市博士后工作管理規(guī)定》第三十九條規(guī)定,該規(guī)定資助項(xiàng)目與深圳市新引進(jìn)博士人才生活補(bǔ)貼(10萬元)不重復(fù)享受。
??科研助理崗位:
(1)課題組將提供良好的科研條件,并且有機(jī)會留校升學(xué)。
(2)享受南方科技大學(xué)相關(guān)五險(xiǎn)一金等福利。

I. About US
Dr. Min Neal Deng will join the Department of Chemistry at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in April 2026 as an Associate Professor. In 2025, he was selected for a national-level fund program for Outstanding Young Scientists (Overseas). To date, he has published multiple research articles as first author or co-author in leading journals, comprising Nature, Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Commun., etc.
The lab will be focusing on interdisciplinary research concerning “Digital (Bio)Organic Chemistry,” aiming to leverage autonomous technologies to address complex chemistry problems related to chirality. The group’s research is grounded in chemistry while also integrating computer science, engineering, and related fields.The main research topics include: (1) Intricate Stereogenic Mechanisms, (2) Novel Chiral Functional Materials, as well as (3) Prebiotic Systems Stereochemistry.

Postdoctoral Researcher Applicants Should:
·Have research experience in areas such as AI4Science, automated experimentation, organic chemistry, biochemistry, origin-of-life chemistry, or reaction kinetics.
·Hold (or be about to obtain) a Ph.D. from a research-based university or institution.
·Demonstrate strong academic and research capabilities (e.g., first-author publications in top-tier journals in the field).
·Possess strong scientific integrity, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
·Have excellent English reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
Research Assistant Applicants Should:
·Have a background in chemistry or related fields.
·Hold a Master’s degree, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience or demonstrating outstanding academic performance and strong research ability.
·Possess strong scientific integrity, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
·Have decent English reading, writing, and oral communication skills.
III. Salary and Benefits
Postdoctoral Researcher Position:
·The standard appointment term is two years. The comprehensive annual salary starts fromRMB 330,000(including Guangdong Province and Shenzhen municipal postdoctoral living allowances), with social insurance and housing provident fund provided according to Shenzhen regulations. Employee welfare benefits follow SUSTech standards. Exceptionally outstanding candidates may apply for the Presidential Distinguished Postdoctoral Program, with annual compensation exceedingRMB 500,000.
·Eligible postdocs receive a total ofRMB 300,000(pre-tax) from Guangdong Province andRMB 120,000(pre-tax) from Shenzhen Municipality as living allowances over a 24-month period.
·During the appointment, postdocs may apply for Shenzhen public rental housing through the university. Those who do not use public rental housing may receive a housing subsidy ofRMB 2,800per month (pre-tax) for two years.
·The lab provides an excellent working environment and opportunities for domestic and international collaboration. Postdocs receiveRMB 25,000in total academic exchange funding over two years.
·The lab assists eligible postdocs who obtained their Ph.D. abroad in applying for Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral Talent Programs. Successful applicants may receive up toRMB 1,000,000in total funding (not cumulative with provincial and municipal living allowances).
·Postdocs who remain in or move to Shenzhen for full-time employment within six months after completing their postdoctoral term and sign a contract of at least three years may receive a one-timeRMB 360,000settlement subsidy from the Shenzhen government (subject to the latest policies).
·Outstanding postdocs who receive national-level Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program funding or China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding, and who sign a three-year employment contract in Shenzhen within six months after completion, may receive matching funding (1:1) from the Shenzhen government, up toRMB 300,000.
·Winners of Gold, Silver, or Bronze awards in national or Guangdong Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions who sign a three-year employment contract in Shenzhen within six months may receive 1:1 matching innovation and entrepreneurship awards from the Shenzhen government, up toRMB 200,000.
·According to Article 39 of the Shenzhen Postdoctoral Management Regulations, these subsidies cannot be combined with the Shenzhen New Doctoral Talent Living Allowance (RMB 100,000).
Research Assistant Position:
·The lab provides strong research support and opportunities for further academic advancement.
·Benefits include social insurance and housing provident fund in accordance with SUSTech policies.
·Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications (≥RMB 120,000annually).
