IT之家 4 月 15 日消息，日本硬件制造商 I-O DATA 當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間今日宣布推出支持 3 萬次覆寫的 MSD-DR/NC 系列 microSD 存儲(chǔ)卡。其基于以 TLC 模擬 SLC 的 pSLC 閃存，面向行車記錄儀等需求高耐久使用場(chǎng)景。
IT之家了解到，MSD-DR/NC 系列存儲(chǔ)卡提供 16GB / 32GB / 64GB 三種容量選擇。其符合 Class 10 規(guī)范，擁有 IPX7 防水，可耐受 -25℃ ~ +85℃ 的極端工作溫度，享受 1 年質(zhì)保和免費(fèi)數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)服務(wù)。
