博主舉報“疑似大學生隱私被偷拍”，最新進展！

近日，有博主舉報“安徽一民宿內疑有針孔攝像頭直播大學生隱私”，引發廣泛關注。

Police in Hefei, capital of Anhui province, have detained two suspects after hidden cameras were discovered in a guesthouse, allegedly used to livestream guests' private activities.

4月20日，合肥警方通報：

針對網傳“民宿內有多個針孔攝像頭”相關信息，經核實，系公安機關正在偵辦的一起案件。

經查，犯罪嫌疑人武某飛（男，37歲）、胡某（男，36歲），在新站高新區文忠路一民宿內安裝針孔攝像設備，實施違法犯罪行為。目前，武某飛、胡某已被公安機關依法刑事拘留，案件正在進一步偵辦中。

Authorities said the case, which has circulated widely online, remains under investigation. The two men, surnamed Wu and Hu, are accused of installing covert recording devices in multiple rooms at a property on Wenzhong Road in the Xinzhan High-tech Industrial Zone. Both men have been placed under criminal detention.

據瀟湘晨報此前報道，一博主在社交平臺舉報稱，安徽合肥市瑤海區文忠路附近一名為“靜語軒小舍”的民宿酒店多房間有針孔攝像頭，并朝著床的位置直播。

該博主稱，由于近日為專升本考試期間，入住學生較多，他已在違法網站發現疑似學生隱私被泄露。據了解，該民宿酒店附近有多所大學。

博主表示，在考試期間，一房間有四五位女學生入住，其在房間排練的情形被直播，但對于這幾位學生更衣時隱私是否被泄露，他表示暫不明。

The case came to light after a blogger reported hidden cameras in several rooms of a guesthouse near universities, raising concerns during a busy exam period.

The blogger said suspected footage of students had appeared on illegal websites, including clips of several female students sharing a room, though it remains unclear whether more sensitive scenes were recorded.

隨后，多位受害者與上述博主取得聯系，并聲稱已報警。

博主透露，針孔攝像頭會在某APP持續直播入住房客的一舉一動，且不知道這些攝像頭已存在多久。直播后，入住人私密生活的錄屏視頻還可能會被上傳至違法網站。

Several potential victims later contacted the blogger and alerted police. The devices were also alleged to have livestreamed footage via an app, with recordings possibly uploaded and distributed online.

當地負責該警情的民警表示，民宿的老板在獲知上述情況后也已報警。

企查查APP顯示，涉事民宿成立于2025年4月21日，經營范圍為住宿服務。第三方平臺顯示，該民宿為無人自助式酒店，曾入選磨店商圈經濟型酒店熱門榜，目前該店已閉店歇業。

Police said the owner reported the case after becoming aware of it. Records show the property, which opened in April 2025 as a self-service guesthouse, has since shut down.

廣東可園律師事務所律師王凱表示，房間屬于私密空間，住客依法享有不受侵擾的權利。偷拍行為首先侵犯了住客的隱私權，還可能進一步侵害其名譽權及個人信息權益。依據治安管理處罰法，偷拍者可被處以拘留和罰款；情節嚴重者，或觸犯刑法，涉嫌“非法使用竊聽、竊照專用器材罪”或“侵犯公民個人信息罪”。

Wang Kai, a lawyer based in Guangdong, said the acts violate individuals' right to privacy and may also infringe on reputation and personal data rights, with offenders facing administrative or criminal penalties.

王凱進一步指出，民宿經營者難辭其咎。作為經營場所的提供方，民宿經營者負有安全保障義務。該民宿多個房間被安裝偷拍設備并直播，說明經營者疏于管理、未履行基本的安全檢查職責，存在明顯過錯。即便設備系第三方安裝，經營者因未盡到安全保障義務，也需依法承擔相應的補充賠償責任，賠償后可向實際侵權人追償。

He added that accommodation operators have a duty to ensure safety. The presence of hidden cameras in multiple rooms points to serious management failures, and operators may still be held liable and required to compensate victims, even if third parties were responsible.
