4月23日晚，華為智能汽車解決方案BU CEO靳玉志在華為乾崑技術大會表示，每類傳感器都有固有優劣勢，只有多傳感器融合技術，才能為自動駕駛提供安全基石。他指出，攝像頭擅長環境要素的識別，但在暗光、逆光環境下性能嚴重下降，激光雷達擅長小目標精準探測，毫米波雷達可以在雨霧塵等惡劣天氣下準確探測，三者互補才能覆蓋所有安全場景。
