據央視新聞，當地時間5月11日，特朗普政府當天請求美國法院暫停執行此前針對10%全球關稅作出的不利裁決，以便聯邦政府繼續推進上訴程序。
據悉，美國國際貿易法院于5月8日裁定反對相關新關稅措施，但并未全面叫停關稅征收。特朗普政府已于8日正式提出上訴。如果法院批準暫停執行相關裁決，那么此前起訴政府關稅政策的三家進口商將重新面臨10%的全球關稅。
