香港注冊(cè)船舶及船東須知

• 為統(tǒng)計(jì)香港注冊(cè)船舶申請(qǐng)中國(guó)海軍艦艇護(hù)航的需求，計(jì)劃航經(jīng)亞丁灣的船舶，須通過(guò)電子郵件向香港海上救援協(xié)調(diào)中心（HKMRCC）提交《船舶動(dòng)態(tài)報(bào)告》。

• 船東須在船舶抵達(dá)報(bào)告線(xiàn)前第 7、5、3、2、1 天分別提交《船舶動(dòng)態(tài)報(bào)告》。

• 強(qiáng)烈建議擬參與護(hù)航的船舶，根據(jù)公布的護(hù)航計(jì)劃選擇編隊(duì)，并主動(dòng)調(diào)整航速以確保準(zhǔn)時(shí)抵達(dá)。

• 船東應(yīng)至少提前 2 天確認(rèn)擬加入的護(hù)航編隊(duì)時(shí)間，避免抵達(dá)報(bào)告線(xiàn)后臨時(shí)申請(qǐng)加入。

• 在提交申請(qǐng)前，船長(zhǎng)及船東須明確確認(rèn)將參與海軍護(hù)航行動(dòng)。

To gauge the demand of Hong Kong registered ships seeking assistance from Chinese naval warships, ships scheduled to transit the Gulf of Aden are reminded of the need to submit a "ship movement report" via e-mail to the Hong Kong Marine Emergency and Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (HKMRCC). The email address of HKMRCC is hkmrcc@mardep.gov.hk. Ship owner should submit the "ship movement report" 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 day (s) before the ship arriving the reporting line.

Ship owner is strongly advised that joining vessels should select their time of escort convoy according to the announced schedule and take the initiative to adjust their speed for appropriate time of arrival. Ship owner should also submit at least 2 days in advance confirmation of the time of the escort convoy intended to join in order to avoid applying of joining the escort convoy on arrival to the reporting line. Before sending the application, the masters and the ship owner should clearly confirm that they would join the navy escort.

Hong Kong ship owner of non Hong Kong registered ships SEP also apply for Chinese naval escort services by submitting the applications to the Beijing MRCC through the flag state embassy in Beijing under the following e-mail address:
