俄羅斯總統新聞秘書佩斯科夫13日表示，俄方希望美國停止將發展對俄合作與烏克蘭問題掛鉤。
佩斯科夫在當天舉行的新聞發布會上表示，俄美在經濟、投資領域有一系列有前景的互利合作項目，當美方不再將兩國經貿關系正常化與烏克蘭問題掛鉤，或者烏克蘭問題得到解決時，俄方希望這些項目能開始實施。
