近日，鷺江創(chuàng)新實驗室（以下簡稱“實驗室”）正式加入全球頂尖海洋科技協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)——Ocean Visions。在其最新發(fā)布的官方新聞簡報（Newsletter）中，實驗室獲專題推介，國際知名度和影響力進一步提升。

在Ocean Visions 的官方成員名錄中，實驗室與伍茲霍爾海洋研究所（WHOI）、斯克里普斯海洋研究所（Scripps）及蒙特雷灣水族館研究所（MBARI）等國際一流海洋研究機構(gòu)并列呈現(xiàn)。這標志著實驗室在國際海洋科學界的科研水平與品牌知名度已跨上新臺階。

此次加入，將為實驗室開辟更為廣闊的國際發(fā)展空間。依托Ocean Visions的全球鏈接渠道，實驗室的科研進展與創(chuàng)新成果將精準直達國際頂尖科學家、政策制定者與藍色金融投資機構(gòu)。同時，實驗室也將在聯(lián)合研究、技術(shù)共創(chuàng)、高端人才交流等方面，獲得更豐富的國際合作資源，進一步融入全球海洋創(chuàng)新生態(tài)。

Ocean Visions 是一個由全球頂尖科研與工程力量組成的協(xié)作網(wǎng)絡(luò)，核心使命是加速將海洋科學轉(zhuǎn)化為應(yīng)對氣候危機與生態(tài)退化的實質(zhì)性行動，這與實驗室的戰(zhàn)略愿景高度契合。尤其在“海洋二氧化碳移除”及“可持續(xù)藍色經(jīng)濟”等前沿領(lǐng)域，雙方均致力于通過科學創(chuàng)新，共同應(yīng)對全球性海洋環(huán)境挑戰(zhàn)。

鷺江創(chuàng)新實驗室始終秉持“頂天立地”的規(guī)劃理念，堅持“走出去、引進來”這一根植于自身基因中的國際合作發(fā)展理念，致力于構(gòu)建集人才、科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)、資本“四位一體”的海洋科技創(chuàng)新生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。未來，實驗室將繼續(xù)依托Ocean Visions等國際平臺與網(wǎng)絡(luò)，深化全球協(xié)同創(chuàng)新，加速建設(shè)具有國際影響力的海洋科技創(chuàng)新高地，為全球海洋可持續(xù)發(fā)展貢獻鷺江智慧與中國力量。

Fujian Ocean Innovation Center (Fujian-OI) has officially joined Ocean Visions, a premier global network as well as a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering multisector collaborations - uniting scientists, innovators, and policymakers - to develop and scale solutions for ocean health and climate disruption. Ocean Visions' dedication highly aligned with Fujian-OI's strategic goals. In particular, both parties are committed to tackling global ocean environmental challenges through scientific innovation in cutting-edge fields such as marine carbon dioxide removal (mCDR) and sustainable blue economy.

Featured in the latest Ocean Visions Newsletter, Fujian-OI stands alongside world-renowned peers, including Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute (MBARI), etc.

This recognition marks a significant milestone in Fujian-OI's pursuit of international excellence, reflecting its rising influence and visibility within the global ocean innovation community. Through this partnership, Fujian-OI will deepen its engagement with leading scientists, policymakers, and blue finance stakeholders, while advancing co-design, collaborative research, and talent exchange on a broader international platform.

Looking ahead, Fujian-OI will continue to leverage international platforms and networks like Ocean Visions to promote global collaborative innovation, accelerate the development of a world-class hub for marine science and technology innovation, and contribute its wisdom and strength — from Fujian and China — to the sustainable development of the global ocean.
