2026年5月15日，在“5·18國際博物館日”到來之際，成都華爾道夫酒店聯合眉山三蘇祠博物館、四川人民藝術劇院，共同舉辦“風雅新章，共話東坡”——東坡文化主題分享會，圍繞東坡文化的國際表達與當代傳承進行深度探討，同時正式發布成都華爾道夫酒店聯動眉山三蘇祠博物館的“2026東坡文化年”合作計劃。

On May 15, 2026, ahead of International Museum Day, Waldorf Astoria Chengdu joined hands with the Sansu Shrine Museum in Meishan and Sichuan People’s Art Theatre to present “A New Chapter of Elegance, A Dialogue on Su Dongpo” — a cultural sharing forum centered on the global expression and contemporary inheritance of Su Dongpo culture. During the event, the hotel also officially unveiled its “2026 Su Dongpo Cultural Year” collaboration plan with the Sansu Shrine Museum.

More than a cultural forum, the event marked a new exploration into how traditional Chinese culture can be integrated into contemporary lifestyle experiences. Centered around Su Dongpo culture, Waldorf Astoria Chengdu will launch a year-long immersive cultural program spanning cultural experiences, art exhibitions, intangible cultural heritage collaborations, family educational journeys, culinary lifestyle experiences, and international cultural communication initiatives.

During the event, Mr. Huang Jian, Deputy Director of the Sansu Shrine Museum; Mr. Fabien Gastinel, General Manager of Waldorf Astoria Chengdu; and Ms. Dong Fan, President of Sichuan People’s Art Theatre, shared their perspectives on “The Global Expression and Contemporary Inheritance of Su Dongpo Culture.” Through discussions on cultural origins, theatrical interpretation, international communication, and lifestyle aesthetics, the speakers explored the enduring relevance and vitality of Su Dongpo culture in today’s world.
