觀點(diǎn)網(wǎng)訊：5月18日消息，福州新區(qū)集團(tuán)旗下新投海瑜公寓首個(gè)市場(chǎng)化輕資產(chǎn)合作項(xiàng)目銘林·新投海瑜菁英社區(qū)（城門地鐵站店）近日正式開業(yè)。
據(jù)悉，項(xiàng)目位于地鐵1號(hào)線與4號(hào)線交匯處，提供528套33-53平方米精裝公寓，試營(yíng)業(yè)期間出租率已突破80%。
此外，新投海瑜公寓（長(zhǎng)樂國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)店）已進(jìn)入試運(yùn)營(yíng)，單月簽約量超110套，計(jì)劃近期正式開業(yè)。
