近日,一則“福建漳州多家楊梅收購點存在違規浸泡防腐劑、濫用三無超甜添加劑”的消息,引發網友擔憂。
An investigative report revealing that some bayberry collection centers in Zhangzhou, Fujian province, have been illegally soaking fresh bayberries in preservatives and unlicensed sweeteners has sparked widespread public concern over food safety.

據媒體報道,甜味劑的外包裝赫然標注著可達蔗糖的8000倍,但沒有生產日期、沒有成分表,屬于典型的“三無”產品。同時發現的還有違禁防腐劑脫氫乙酸鈉。

據了解,每年5月,福建漳州龍海浮宮鎮、白水鎮的楊梅進入集中上市期。光一家收購點一天就能發出上千斤,旺季超5000斤。而這些“問題楊梅”主要銷往了上海、浙江等地。
According to media investigations conducted in Fugong town and Baishui town, Longhai district — key bayberry-producing areas where the fruit enters peak season each May — some collection centers have been found to dip fresh bayberries in a chemical solution containing banned preservatives and unlicensed sweeteners. One collection center alone was found to ship over 500 kilograms daily, with volumes exceeding 2,500 kilograms at peak season. The contaminated bayberries were primarily distributed to markets in Shanghai and Zhejiang province.
The sweetener packaging reportedly claimed a sweetness level up to 8,000 times that of sucrose, yet displayed no production date or ingredient list, making it a classic "three-none" product. Investigators also discovered sodium dehydroacetate, a banned preservative, at the sites.

據新華社消息,漳州市龍海區農業農村負責人表示,在執法檢查過程中發現,有部分收購點在收購早季楊梅時,為了賣相更好、甜度更高,違規使用防腐劑和甜味劑。今年以來,當地已加大抽查力度,但仍有不法商販鉆空子、“打游擊”。
針對此事件,龍海區已成立專項整治工作專班。龍海區政府分管領導、專項整治工作專班負責人表示,目前已啟動整治行動,查處了多個涉嫌非法添加的收購點。接下來,將加大力度,全覆蓋、無死角對所有收購點進行檢查,并排查流通全鏈條,決不讓問題楊梅進入市場流通,切實守護好消費者權益和廣大果農利益。
An official from the Longhai district agricultural and rural bureau acknowledged that during routine inspections, some collection centers had been found illegally using preservatives and sweeteners on early-season bayberries to improve appearance and sweetness. Despite increased random checks this year, some vendors have continued to evade regulations.
In response, Longhai district has established a special task force for bayberry quality and safety. Several suspected collection centers have been identified and are under investigation, with all contaminated products seized and scheduled for destruction. Authorities have pledged to inspect the entire supply chain and ensure no contaminated bayberries reach the market.

浙江部分水果店暫停楊梅售賣
寧波緊急對楊梅進行加檢
據浙江日報5月18日報道,“問題楊梅”在網上被曝光后,部分杭州水果店已經暫停了楊梅的進貨和售賣。此外,另有多家連鎖鮮果店均未發現來自福建的楊梅,在售的果品全部來自云南。
On Monday, some fruit stores in Hangzhou suspended the purchase and sale of bayberries following the exposé. Several major fruit store chains were found not to stock Fujian-sourced bayberries, instead selling only fruit from Yunnan province.
中國農業技術推廣協會楊梅產業促進分會會長戚行江指出,消費者對浙江本地鮮果市場無需過度擔憂。浙江省每年都對楊梅進行嚴格抽檢,合格率持續處于極高水平,且近年來從未檢出過甜味劑。

另據寧波晚報報道,寧波果品批發市場對福建楊梅開展了專項加檢,采用快速檢測法篩查脫氫乙酸鈉,所有抽檢批次均合格。同時,海曙區市場監管局等部門也同步開展聯合抽檢,目前樣品的防腐劑檢測均為合格,甜蜜素檢測將晚些時候出結果。

與此同時,部分電商店鋪也已經開始行動。在多個楊梅直播間的彈幕區中,不少消費者普遍關心“是否泡藥水”。受此影響,部分直播間直接掛上了“不泡甜蜜素”、“不泡藥水”的標語,有些批發經銷商直接曬出了最新日期的檢測報告。

對消費者而言,該如何選購楊梅?戚行江建議,選購楊梅時,應優先挑選果面干燥、顏色自然、果粒飽滿的果實。同時,新鮮的楊梅聞起來應有天然果香,手感上軟硬適中為最佳。“如果泡過甜味劑,可能表面甜、里面還是酸澀的,而且楊梅的保存性也會受到影響變差。”
他特別強調,消費者應選擇證照齊全的商超、農貿市場或正規電商,優先選購帶承諾達標合格證的產品,并留存購物憑證,不買路邊無證攤點的楊梅。
For consumers, expert recommends selecting bayberries that appear dry on the surface, with natural color and plump grains. Fresh bayberries should have a natural fruity aroma and a soft but not mushy texture to the touch.
Consumers are urged to purchase from licensed supermarkets, farm produce markets, or reputable e-commerce platforms, prioritize products with compliance certificates, keep purchase receipts, and avoid buying from unlicensed roadside vendors.
