近日，河北一名女子因親吻嬰兒的腳丫，導(dǎo)致上唇迅速紅腫如香腸，被確診為腳部細(xì)菌或真菌感染引發(fā)的接觸性皮炎。

5月20日，湖北省中醫(yī)院皮膚一科主任李恒接受記者采訪時(shí)表示，人體正常皮膚表面本身存在定植菌群，嬰兒腳部同樣存有大量微生物。成年人唇部黏膜較為脆弱，體質(zhì)敏感人群接觸到嬰兒腳部的外來菌群后，極易誘發(fā)接觸性唇炎，出現(xiàn)唇部水腫、皮膚瘙癢等不適癥狀。

醫(yī)生提醒：日常生活中，家長及長輩盡量不要用嘴唇直接親吻寶寶的手腳、口鼻、臀部等部位。嬰兒皮膚表面菌群繁雜，直接親吻很容易造成雙方出現(xiàn)過敏問題或是發(fā)生交叉感染。
