郭嘉昆表示，中方注意到有關報道，祝賀哥倫比亞總統選舉第二輪投票順利舉行。中方始終從戰略高度和長遠角度看待中哥關系，愿同哥新政府共同努力，推動兩國關系不斷向前發展。
