6月23日，日韓股市大幅下跌，韓國綜合指數暴跌近10%，盤中一度觸發熔斷機制。
截至當天收盤，日經225指數跌3.55%，報69788.38點，創今年6月8日以來最大單日跌幅；韓國綜合指數跌9.99%，報8203.84點，創今年3月4日以來最大單日跌幅。
韓國兩大科技巨頭股價均遭重挫。三星電子收盤大跌12.31%，創2008年10月24日以來最大單日跌幅；SK海力士收盤大跌12.47%，創2008年12月24日以來最大單日跌幅。
Wind數據顯示，截至23日收盤，韓國綜合指數年內累計漲幅仍高達94.67%，日經225指數年內累計漲幅為38.64%。
