近日，北京科技大學(xué)舉辦畢業(yè)典禮，象征“在校生最高榮譽(yù)”的第二十屆“校長獎?wù)隆钡弥鞒鰻t。學(xué)校能源與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院2022級本科生陳斯鼎正是其中之一，而獎?wù)掠?0g純金打造！

An undergraduate who turned his ambition into years of academic excellence and research success has received University of Science and Technology Beijing's 50-gram gold president's medal, the university's highest student honor.

“蔣老師，我剛剛領(lǐng)了校長獎?wù)拢兄x您一直以來對我的指導(dǎo)！”陳斯鼎在畢業(yè)典禮結(jié)束后的第一時間和他的四年本科生全程導(dǎo)師蔣濱繁分享了這一喜訊。

After the graduation ceremony, Chen Siding shared the news with Jiang Binfan, his undergraduate mentor of four years.

作為陳斯鼎的本科生導(dǎo)師，大一初次面談，蔣濱繁老師就分享了自己大學(xué)時的讀書筆記，上面滿是公式推導(dǎo)的批注和五顏六色的邏輯標(biāo)記。

蔣濱繁老師告訴他：“本科階段，要學(xué)會把書讀薄，再把書讀厚，態(tài)度是底色，方法是鑰匙，把知識真正學(xué)透了，將來無論搞科研還是做工程，心里都有底氣。”

Their journey began with a simple piece of advice. During their first meeting, Jiang encouraged Chen to master both knowledge and learning methods, reminding him that attitude is the foundation for future success.

這番話像一顆種子落在了陳斯鼎同學(xué)心里。

在老師的引導(dǎo)下，他大一就明確了自己的目標(biāo)：“我想保研，想在四年后去更廣闊的未來看看。”

他沉下心，一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)摸索出適合自己的學(xué)習(xí)方法，三年間，繪制70余篇思維導(dǎo)圖，主修的專業(yè)課46門超過90分，連續(xù)三年位列專業(yè)第一（1/132）。

Inspired by her guidance, Chen set his goal of pursuing graduate studies and steadily worked toward it. Over three years, he ranked first among 132 students in his major, scoring above 90 in all 46 core courses.

本科階段，陳斯鼎同學(xué)對能源利用技術(shù)產(chǎn)生了強(qiáng)烈興趣。“熱能系方娟老師正在做這方面的研究，我把你推薦給她，你跟著她好好干。”老師立刻為這份熱愛搭起梯子。

就這樣，陳斯鼎在真實(shí)的科研訓(xùn)練中又邁出了一步，他一頭扎進(jìn)碳捕集轉(zhuǎn)化領(lǐng)域的研究，最終獲得第十九屆“挑戰(zhàn)杯”全國大學(xué)生課外學(xué)術(shù)科技作品競賽“揭榜掛帥”專項賽二等獎。

隨后，備戰(zhàn)全國大學(xué)生節(jié)能減排競賽的八個月里，方娟老師帶著他從概念構(gòu)建到文書打磨再到模型搭建，一步步打磨項目細(xì)節(jié)，也正是在這個過程中，他完成了從理論學(xué)習(xí)到工程應(yīng)用的思維轉(zhuǎn)換，最終帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊斬獲全國一等獎。

As his interest in energy technologies grew, Jiang introduced him to Professor Fang Juan, under whose guidance Chen conducted research on carbon capture and conversion. He later won second prize in a national student science and technology competition and led his team to a national first prize in a national energy-saving competition.

在老師們言傳身教的影響下，陳斯鼎同學(xué)也萌生了一個念頭——“為別人做點(diǎn)事，成為別人的光”。他積極投身“傳幫帶”的學(xué)生工作中，在他的帶動下，能動223班獲獎學(xué)金總額超6萬元，所在宿舍連續(xù)三年全員零掛科。

作為學(xué)院學(xué)業(yè)中心講師團(tuán)負(fù)責(zé)人，他優(yōu)化管理制度，建立規(guī)范化預(yù)約流程，個人累計授課78次，時長超100小時，帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊開展幫扶100余次，服務(wù)超300人次，獲評學(xué)校首屆“金粉筆”金牌講師。

Inspired by his teachers, Chen also dedicated himself to helping fellow students through peer tutoring, delivering 78 lectures and leading more than 100 academic support activities that benefited over 300 students.

至今，北科大“校長獎?wù)隆币言u選20屆。今年，本科生8人、研究生11人獲評，作為學(xué)校獎勵在校學(xué)生的最高榮譽(yù)，旨在通過選樹學(xué)生先進(jìn)典型，引導(dǎo)和激勵廣大同學(xué)樹立報國信念，踐行青春夢想。

學(xué)校透露，蔣濱繁老師也是2020年第十四屆“校長獎?wù)隆钡弥鳎诒笨拼蟛┦慨厴I(yè)后，她選擇留校任教，如今，由她擔(dān)任全程導(dǎo)師的學(xué)生陳斯鼎已保研至清華大學(xué)，未來，他將繼續(xù)深耕低碳技術(shù)領(lǐng)域。

Now admitted to graduate studies at Tsinghua University, Chen plans to continue his research in low-carbon technologies, carrying forward the encouragement he once received from his mentors.
