近日，咸陽市秦都區雙照街道白良村的一場助農櫻桃集會因一名自媒體博主的言行引發秩序混亂。6月30日，記者從咸陽市公安局秦都分局證實，自媒體博主李雨禪因尋釁滋事被依法行政拘留，案件正在進一步調查，警方隨后會發布相關警情通報。
A Chinese influencer was detained after allegedly spreading false claims that disrupted a cherry farmers' fair in Northwest China's Shaanxi province, police said on Tuesday.

據了解，白良村櫻桃種植是村民主要收入來源，今年因連續降雨減產，第二屆櫻桃集會成為果農挽回損失的重要渠道。5月30日下午，李雨禪來到集會現場直播，發表不當言論，此前她還曾在網絡發布煽動退貨、質疑櫻桃品質等言論。
The fair in Bailiang village, Xianyang, was a crucial opportunity for local growers to recover losses after prolonged rainfall reduced this year's cherry harvest.
The influencer, identified as Li Yuchan, livestreamed from the event on May 30 and had previously posted content encouraging consumers to return cherries and questioning their quality.
據悉，她當天在現場開直播稱“櫻桃里有蟲！”“大家可以7天有理由僅退款！”“大集攤販沒有證！”“我就是來找線索、找證據的，回去我就舉報去。”
當地市場監管部門表示，櫻桃銷售期間未收到消費者投訴，抽檢也未發現質量問題。警方及群眾反映，李雨禪在明知果農受災的情況下，仍刻意發布虛假言論、制造矛盾博取流量，嚴重損害果農利益。
Local market regulators said they had received no consumer complaints and found no quality issues in product inspections.
Authorities said that Li deliberately spread false information and fueled conflict despite knowing the growers had suffered heavy losses.
目前，“李雨禪在陜西”在多個網絡平臺賬號的作品已無法查看。
